VGRC South Gujarat 2026: Delegates from Ukrainian and Russian embassies participate in meditation session in Surat

Special meditation sessions have been organised for visitors as part of the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference at Auro University in Surat, with around 200 guests attending so far.
On the first day of the conference, delegates from the Ukrainian Embassy took part in the session and expressed their appreciation. On the second day, delegates from the Russian Embassy also participated and shared similar sentiments.
As part of the conference, free meditation sessions are being conducted in multiple batches from 9 am to 6 pm by the Sri Aurobindo Integral Life Centre.
At the campus, visitors are guided through meditation at the Dhyanshala and the sound garden (Sensorium). On the opening day, Ukraine’s Ambassador to India, Oleksandr Polishchuk, his wife Kateryna Bila, and Consul General Anna Zaichenko attended the session.
On the second day, representatives from the Russian Embassy, including Head of GR and Finance Sector Zlata Antusheva and Head of Interregional Relations Albert Safiullin, participated in the meditation session. Representatives from Japan also joined.
A large number of guests have been attending these sessions. Foreign delegates, along with officers from the state police and other government officials, have benefited from the initiative.
During the conference, arrangements have been made for participants to attend meditation sessions in different batches until May 5.
