Central Chronicle News
Raipur, May 24: Governor Ms. Anusuiya Uikey attended a national webinar organised by Government Autonomous Postgraduate College Chhindwara on the specific importance of vaccination in prevention of corona epidemic. Addressing the webinar, the Governor said that the university-college is a good platform through which people can be made aware about the corona. We have large network of NCC and NSS cadets and volunteers and they should be utilised for such purpose. They should remove the misconceptions spread in the villages about careful vaccination. They can make ration available to the poor and help people to get medical facilities. The Governor said that due to this corona, a fear has pervaded the people, it is necessary to remove this fear too, to maintain peace. There are about 3 crore students in India at present.
If all of those students are aware through the message in the mobile and organize virtual meetings with expert doctors and convey the message received from them to the general public, she added. They can tell people how to follow the guidelines issued by the doctors, get tests done when minor symptoms are seen, and how to take precautions and medication until the report is received. The Governor cautioned against the third wave of Corona, saying that children are feared to be affected in the third wave of Corona. So take care and follow all rules to avoid corona. At this time we need to increase our immunity. Use black pepper, dry ginger, turmeric, ginger etc. found in our house. Surely we will get rid of this disease with solidarity and awareness. On this occasion, Chancellor of Chhindwara University, M.K. Srivastava, Principal in-charge of Chhindwara College, Amitabh Pandey and professors and students were present.
