Several fall ill after consuming food item in Dehradun –
In Uttarakhand, several people fell ill after consuming Kuttu flour in the capital of Dehradun. They have been hospitalized for treatment. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Ajay Singh confirmed that the Kuttu flour was purchased from various shops and warehouses.
People who bought the flour in areas like Vikas Nagar, Patel Nagar, and Kotwali have been advised not to consume it until its authenticity is verified.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and Health Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat visited the Coronation Hospital and inquired about the condition of the hospitalized patients.
The Chief Minister confirmed that the shop of the flour supplier has been sealed and notices have been issued to all concerned locations. He stated that strict action would be taken against anyone found responsible.
