Sensex, Nifty trade marginally higher amid mixed global cues –
The Benchmark domestic equity indices, Sensex and Nifty, were trading marginally up in the forenoon trade today amid mixed global cues. On the sectoral front, IT pack, media, metal, and commodities were trading higher while realty, banking, and financial services were major drags. The 30-share BSE Sensex added 36 points to 82,481 and the NSE Nifty50 rose 30 points to 25,133, when reports last came in.
