In the shooting competitions being held under Khelo India Para Games at the Dr Karni Singh Shooting Range in New Delhi, Sagar Balasaheb Katale has clinched the gold medal in the 10M Air Rifle Prone Mixed SH1 category. Mona Agarwal secured silver, while Deepak Saini claimed the bronze medal in this category.
Speaking exclusively to Akashvani News, Mona Agarwal expressed that this tournament plays a crucial role in identifying young and emerging talents across the nation. She advised aspiring athletes to be patient and dedicate themselves to improving their game.
Yesterday, Paralympic gold medallist Avani Lekhara dominated the women’s 10M Air Rifle Standing SH1 category, securing the top position. Mona Agarwal won silver, while Aakansha claimed bronze.
