Rupee Gains 6 Paise to Close at ₹88.20 Against US Dollar
In the forex market, the rupee today appreciated by six paise to close at 88 rupees and 20 paise against the US dollar. The dollar index, which indicates US dollar’s strength against a basket of six other leading currencies, was trading at 98.90 in intra-day trade.
