The Russian edition is among several global-language translations of the text that continue to find readership among scholars, spiritual practitioners and cultural enthusiasts internationally.
The Prime Minister’s official residence at 7, Lok Kalyan Marg, was decorated with India–Russia flags and special lighting on Thursday evening, as PM Modi hosted Putin for a private dinner shortly after the latter landed in Delhi for a two-day state visit.
Notably, Prime Minister Modi personally received President Putin at Delhi’s Palam Airport — a rare diplomatic gesture that underscored the strength of India–Russia ties.
The two leaders will hold the 23rd India–Russia Annual Summit at Hyderabad House today.
The Russian President will also receive a ceremonial reception at Rashtrapati Bhavan, lay a wreath at Rajghat, attend a business event, and call on President Droupadi Murmu.
