NIT Sikkim Holds Tiranga Rally Under ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ Campaign

As part of the nationwide ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign, the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Sikkim organized a Tiranga Rally today. The rally commenced from the institute’s campus and proceeded to the NH-510 bypass near SDM office in Ravangla, celebrating the spirit of patriotism ahead of India’s 79th Independence Day.

 

The rally aimed to foster national pride and unity among students, faculty, and staff. It was flagged off by Prof. Mahesh Chandra Govil, Director of NIT Sikkim, in the esteemed presence of Lieutenant Madhav Sharma of the 39 Field Regiment, Ravangla, along with Registrars, Deans, and Heads of Departments.

 

Over 400 participants carried the national flag and chanted patriotic slogans, marching through the institute’s campus in a coordinated display of national unity.
