Miss World Finale Begins in Hyderabad; India Misses Top 8 Spot –

The Miss World pageant Finale began in Hyderabad on Saturday evening at a glittering event. The new Miss World will be crowned at the culmination of month long cultural and traditional events and challenges on various aspects.


Though India found place in top 20 contestants, Nandini Gupta could not make to top 8. From Asia Oceania continental group, Philippines and Thailand entered in top 8 event. The remaining top 8 include Brazil, Martinique, Ethiopia, Namibia, Poland and Ukraine. The event is continuing.


Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, Miss World 2017 Manushi Chhillar, eminent actor Rana Daggubati, Telangana Special Chief Secretary Jayesh Ranjan and several celebrities were present.
