Kerala implements pilot project for faceless GST adjudication

In Kerala, the State GST Department has implemented the pilot project for faceless adjudication in two districts from today.  As per the project, all the processes related to State GST will be carried out through a digital platform and without a face-to-face meeting between the taxpayer and officials.  Processes from issuing show cause notices to final order will be only on the virtual platform.  The State GST Department claimed that Kerala is the first state to implement faceless adjudication.
