10-Year-Old Kamlesh Gets Artificial Leg, Walks Towards Dreams
Raipur: Kamlesh, a 10-year-old boy from Bijapur’s Pidia village, has received a prosthetic leg through the Chirayu program at Dantewada District Hospital. This initiative has transformed his daily life, enabling him to walk confidently, attend school, and participate in activities with friends. For Kamlesh and his family, the artificial leg is more than medical support — it is a step toward independence, education, and fulfilling his dreams. The Chirayu program continues to identify children with health challenges and provide timely treatment, ensuring no child’s future is held back by physical limitations.
