IMD Forecasts Heavy to Very Heavy Rainfall over Northeast India, Including Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Today

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast heavy to very heavy rainfall over Northeast India, including Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, today. The  Met Department also predicted heavy rainfall along with thunderstorms, lightning and gusty winds over Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Bihar, Jharkhand, Kerala, Mahe, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal and Telangana. Similar conditions are likely to prevail over Saurashtra, Kutch, Chhattisgarh, West Rajasthan, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, East Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttarakhand today as well.
