Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini meets PM Modi in New Delhi

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Monday met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the national capital, where they held detailed discussions on public welfare schemes, ongoing development projects, future priorities, and other contemporary issues related to the state.

In a post on x, the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) said, “Chief Minister of Haryana, Shri Nayab Singh Saini met Prime Minister Narendra Modi.”

CM Saini also posted about the meeting on X, describing it as a warm courtesy interaction. “There was an extensive discussion on public welfare schemes being implemented in Haryana, development works, future priorities, and several contemporary issues,” he said.

Referring to the Union Budget 2026-27, Saini termed it a “historic and visionary” step towards achieving Viksit Bharat by 2047. He said the Budget reflects PM Modi’s commitment to inclusive development and ensuring that the benefits of growth reach the last person in society.

Saini also expressed gratitude to the Prime Minister for renaming Punjab’s Adampur Airport as Shri Guru Ravidas Maharaj Ji Airport, calling it a powerful message of social harmony, respect, and inclusive nation-building.
