Goa CM Dr. Pramod Sawant Introduces Chess in School and College Curricula
Chief Minister of Goa Dr Pramod Sawant said that chess has been introduced in school and college curricula to help students build confidence and learn strategic thinking. Speaking at the launch of the FIDE World Cup logo, the Chief Minister said the event has given a boost to tourism and strengthened Goa’s global image, providing positive momentum to the state’s economy.
