Encounter Underway Between Security Forces and Pakistani Terrorists in Kishtwar
In Jammu and Kashmir, an encounter between the security forces & Pakistani terrorist is underway in Kwar Dool area of Kishtwar district since morning today.
Akashvani Correspondent reports that the encounter broke out between the security forces and hiding terrorists between 7:00 to 8:00 in the morning today after a specific input about the presence of terrorists in the Kwar Dool area of Nagensa in Kishtwar District.
Troops of 17 Rashtriya Rifles, Special Operation Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir Police along with paramilitary forces started search operation in the area. During the search operation, the security forces established the presence of the hiding terrorists and exchange of fire started. As per reports, around 2 Pakistani terrorist are trapped in the area and operations is still continuing. More security forces have been rushed to the encounter site. Details are awaited.
