Dr. Ambedkar Foundation Signs MoUs to Establish Three New Chairs in Indian Universities
Dr. Ambedkar Foundation under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment today organised the MoU signing ceremony for the establishment of three new Dr. Ambedkar Chairs in New Delhi.
The Chairs will be set up at Mumbai University, Jaipur National University, and G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology in Uttarakhand . During the MoU signing, Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment, Dr. Virendra Kumar appreciated the foundation’s efforts in promoting the ideology and vision of Dr. BR Ambedkar through academic and research initiatives.
He also said that education, social awareness, and institutional collaboration are key to building an equitable and inclusive society. The Minister expressed confidence that the newly established Chairs will contribute to policy-oriented research, public awareness, and academic discourse on social justice, equality, empowerment of marginalized communities, and constitutional values.
