Chief Minister inaugurates Canal Road
Bhilai, Nov 19:
Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel inaugurated the Khursipar Canal Road situated within the limits of Bhilai Municipal Corporation. This three kilometre long canal road connecting Kohka Main Minor to Nandani Road has been constructed at a cost of Rs 28.87 crore. Beautiful flowers of Champa have been planted in the road divider. Apart from this, important works have been done through the funds raised under different infrastructural heads and the funds of Fourteenth Finance Commission. Apart from this, a beautiful garden has also been constructed along the canal road. With the construction of this canal road, people of 13 wards of Bhilai Municipal Corporation will get relief from traffic congestions. Large number of people including Durg district Guardian Minister Mohammad Akbar, Bhilai Nagar MLA Devendra Yadav, Bhilai Municipal Corporation’s public representatives was present.
