Chairman Navneet Kumar Sehgal –

Prasar Bharati Chairman Navneet Kumar Sehgal today said the Akashvani and Doordarshan are continuously boosting their content and technology of broadcast with changing scenarios.

Talking to Akashvani News, Mr. Sehgal said both the public service broadcasters are adopting better technology and enhancement.

Mr. Sehgal said the OTT platform of Prasar Bharati WAVES is gaining popularity among all walks of audiences with its variety of content.

Mr. Sehgal also praised the government initiative to formalize the content creation and associated creativity sector in the country with the World Audio Video Entertainment Summit ( WAVES ).

Earlier , the Prasar Bharati Chairman held a review meeting with officials of Akashvani, Patna and discussed various issues regarding news, programme and engineering section.
