Admn gears up to restart three Covid 19 Hospital

Raipur, Mar 17: Amidst rise in Covid 19 cases, the District Administration on Wednesday directed the officials to prepare the Mana Hospital, Lalpur Hospital and Ayurvedi College Hospital for the corona patients and depute the Doctors and Medical Staff at the earliest.
District Collector Dr S Bharatidashan on Wednesday presided over the meeting of District Task Force for control of corona cases in the region. He asked the officials to pay special vigilance to identity the suspected patients and also asked them to declare the region as Containment Zone if more number of people are found infected from the disease. He also instructed the officials to take stern action against the people over violation of Covid protocol like wearing of mask and failure to maintain social distancing in the market region. On the basis of the data available, the officials from Health Department informed that Amlidih, New Rajendra Nagar, Samta Colony, Ramkund, Dangania, DD Nagar, Pachpadi Naka, Avanti Vihar, Khamhardih, Mova, Tatibandh, Katoratalab, Hirapur and Raipura have witness increase in the Covid 19 cases. Officials have been asked to collect sample after tracing the region to further check the spread of disease. Officials informed that the health of social and voluntary organizations would be taken to create awareness among people towards the disease. Senior Superintendent of Police Ajay Yadav, Municipal Commissioner Saurabh Kumar, District Nodal Officer Rajiv Pandey and other concern officials were present at the meeting.
